Fixed​

  • W9 updates could fail. Updating a W9 could result in an error if the date range falls in the middle of an existing W9 record's date range.
  • Home phone fixes. Under certain specific circumstances, operations on agents with a home phone number could result in an error. Home phone was also mistakenly not accepted when registering an agent and not supported when updating an agent's contact information.
  • Broken date validation. Date validation on the GetAgentHistoryOnDate and AddCertification endpoints would not consistently validate dates accurately.
  • Last modified dates not always updated appropriately. When changing history records, not all changes triggered an update to the last-modified date/time for all affected records.
  • Certification update error status. Under certain circumstances, the certification add/update endpoint would not report the correct error result status when an error occurs.
  • Business phone and fax fix. When registering a new agent, the supplied business phone and fax data may have been stored properly.
  • Paging fix for assigned tags. The list endpoint for assigned agent tags wasn't reading paging parameters correctly which could result in incorrectly paged list results.
